Booking Conditions

To book a place on one of our courses:

Please complete the booking form and return it to us with a cheque for one third of the total fee for each course (non-refundable deposit) payable to "Adventures in Watercolour". We will confirm the booking and give you the date by which the balance must be paid. No further reminders will be sent.

The remaining balance of the course fee is due six weeks before the course begins.

On payment of the balance you will receive directions and a list of suggested materials for your course.

Cancellations – please advise us in writing if you have to cancel your place on the course. We will try to re-fill your place and, if we are successful, the balance of the fees will be returned to you.

Insurance to cover possible cancellation is strongly advised.

In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your course we will make a full refund of all monies you have paid.
