Venetian Adventure
This is another of our well regarded painting holidays with a difference. As in Honfluer and Bruges we shall be enjoying the combination of painting, instruction and gallery visiting. Venice is without doubt one of the most beautiful and romantic cities in the world. We have chosen a hotel we know well and which is uniquely situated very close to St Marks, The Accademia, the Guggenheim and Santa Maria Salute and yet it is in a quiet corner of the Dorso Doro with its own garden. Everything we want to visit is a short walk or a Vaporetto trip away and there are some good and reasonable restaurants to choose from. Although the main object is to paint and sketch, we shall be visiting some of the major art works of the city and sight seeing as well as taking tea and coffee. So there is plenty to do for those none painting partners and friends who want to join us and who always make our trips such fun. Again you will have three experienced art teacher to help you capture this unforgettable experience and there will be a DVD of the trip for you to savour when you return home. Numbers are limited so early booking is advised.
The course runs over five nights and six days on a bed and breakfast basis.
